When you submit our Request a Free Walkthrough form, we collect your full name, business email, phone number, company name, facility type, and details about your cleaning needs. We also collect any SMS consent selections you make, including whether you agreed to receive transactional SMS messages and/or recurring promotional SMS messages.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your service inquiry and schedule a walkthrough.
- Send appointment reminders and service updates.
- Send promotional SMS messages about commercial cleaning services, special offers, and promotions — only if you have separately agreed to receive marketing SMS.
- Provide and maintain our commercial cleaning services.
SMS Consent and Phone Numbers
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are collected and stored solely to deliver the messages you have requested. We collect transactional and marketing SMS consent separately, and you may submit the walkthrough request form without agreeing to either SMS option. Providing a phone number does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing SMS.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
